India, Oct. 6 -- Rapper and singer Hirdesh Singh, better known as Yo Yo Honey Singh, failed to appear before Maharashtra Cyber on Monday after being summoned for questioning over allegedly objectionable remarks made during a concert in New Delhi. The cyber police said they would approach the court for an arrest warrant and initiate the process of issuing a Look-out Circular (LoC) against him.

A Maharashtra Cyber official said Singh had sought additional time to appear before the investigating officer.

"We had summoned Yo Yo Honey Singh, but he failed to appear and has sought some time," a Maharashtra Nodal Cyber Police officer said.
