New Delhi, May 30 -- The Delhi High Court found that Google had infringed the trademark rights of bathroom fittings maker Hindware by allowing rivals to use its name as an advertising keyword, fining the tech giant Rs.30 lakh in an order that could have far-reaching effect on the online advertisement market. Google's AdWords service allows businesses to reserve keywords, so that their advertising links appear when users search for those terms.P9
