New Delhi, Sept. 15 -- The Delhi High Court Monday dismissed a petition by manufacturers of VIMAL Elaichi and Pan Masala, challenging a notice directing brand ambassadors Shah Rukh Khan, Ajay Devgn and Tiger Shroff to stop endorsing VIMAL Elaichi advertisements. Justice Swarana Kanta Sharma held that the petitioner, PB Agro LLP, failed to establish that any substantial or material part of the cause of action arose within the court's territorial jurisdiction. The notice was issued by the Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Mumbai, to the brand ambassadors, who reside in Mumbai, over alleged activities and statutory violations in Maharashtra.
