Kolkata, June 19 -- The Calcutta High Court on Thursday dismissed a petition filed by the TMC for an interim order on Bengal assembly speaker Rathindra Nath Bose's decision recognising expelled party legislator Ritabrata Banerjee as the Leader of the Opposition. The court noted that it did not find "any prima facie case in the petitioner's prayer" for an interim order.htc
