HC quashes FIR against spiritual leader in B'luru Land Grab case
Bengaluru, March 26 -- The Karnataka high court on Wednesday quashed the FIR registered against Art of Living founder Ravi Shankar in connection with an alleged land encroachment case in Bengaluru.
The order was passed by justice M Nagaprasanna after hearing the petition filed by Ravi Shankar, seeking to set aside the FIR registered by the Bangalore Metropolitan Task Force (BMTF) following allegations of encroachment on government land in Bengaluru's south taluk.
