New Delhi, Sept. 24 -- The Delhi high court on Wednesday issued notice on a petition seeking directions to the Centre to conduct Territorial Army officer recruitment examinations on a gender-neutral basis, without prescribing separate vacancy caps for male and female candidates. A bench of chief justice DK Upadhyaya and justice Tejas Karia sought Centre, department of defence and Directorate General Territorial Army's responses in the petition filed by one Kush Kalra and fixed December 4 as the next date of hearing.
