HC defers order to file FIR against Rahul
Lucknow, April 19 -- The Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court has deferred its order a first information report (FIR) against Leader of Opposition in the Lok Sabha, Rahul Gandhi, in connection with an alleged dual citizenship case. The court will now hear the parties on April 20 to decide whether prior notice to the accused was legally required.
