New Delhi, May 22 -- The Delhi High Court on Thursday observed that posts criticising Rajya Sabha MP Raghav Chadha's decision to join the Bharatiya Janata Party could not, prima facie, be treated as a violation of his personality rights. The court said there was a thin line between political criticism and defamation as it asked Chadha if he can be "sensitive" to posts criticising his political decision.P10
