India, March 27 -- The Haryana government has increased allotment rates under its Affordable Housing Policy-2013 by 10-12%, pushing prices to Rs.4,250- Rs.5,575 per sq ft across key cities. Real estate experts say the revision is likely to raise homebuyer costs by Rs.3-4 lakh per unit.
