New Delhi, April 30 -- The Delhi University's Hansraj College lifted the suspension of four students' union members on Wednesday following the recommendation of students' welfare and discipline committee. "In the view of the observations made by the committee... suspension of office bearers of the Hansraj College students' union is hereby terminated," the notice signed by the college principal Rama Sharma dated April 29 stated. On Tuesday, a meeting was held with 11 suspended students, including four union members, and written replies were sought from them. While the suspension of the four office bearers has been revoked, the cases of the remaining students are still under consideration.htc
