India, Feb. 23 -- Gurugram has surpassed Mumbai in total sales value of homes priced at Rs.10 crore and above in 2025, reinforcing its position as India's leading hub for high-end residential growth. According to a luxury housing report by India Sotheby's International Realty (ISIR) and CRE Matrix, the city recorded Rs.24,120 crore worth of ultra-luxury transactions during calendar year 2025, emerging as the country's fastest-growing premium residential market.
