India, Sept. 24 -- A mother-daughter duo was allegedly abused, and their car was smashed by a suspect after he rammed their vehicle with his Mahindra Scorpio on Golf Course Road on August 27, police said on Wednesday. The incident took place on the same stretch where Delhi biker Shivani "Sia" Chauhan was rammed by a suspect with his car on September 13 after she refused to stop despite being asked multiple times.

In the Chauhan case, Sector 56 police registered a case on its own after a video of the incident was circulated. Police had also invoked an attempt-to-murder charge against the car driver.
