India, Aug. 23 -- Property allottees, housing societies, builders, and other consumers with outstanding water bills in Greater Noida can avail a 20% waiver on the interest component of their dues until August 31, marking the final phase of the authority's one-time settlement (OTS) scheme, officials said on Saturday.

According to the Greater Noida authority, total outstanding water charges currently stand at approximately Rs.84 crore, spread across multiple categories, including builder societies, residential properties, institutional and industrial units, residents' welfare associations, IT parks, and commercial establishments.
