New Delhi, March 20 -- City residents may soon be able to access around 65 government services through a WhatsApp-based platform, likely to be launched in April, officials said on Thursday. The services will be rolled out in phases, with initial timelines pushed due to technical issues. The bidder is expected to be finalised soon. The IT department is also developing a dashboard for real-time monitoring of applications and their timely action. It will bring services such as birth and caste certificates and driving licences onto a chat-based interface.htc
