New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- No coercive action would be taken until September 16 regarding the eviction notice issued to the iconic Delhi Gymkhana Club (DGC), the government told the high court on Thursday. "We will not take any action in a coercive manner till 16th," additional solicitor-general Chetan Sharma and standing counsel Ashish Dixit submitted before a bench of Justice Avneesh Jhingan.
