New Delhi, Feb. 10 -- Government and Opposition MPs on Monday traded sharp barbs in Parliament over the Union Budget, with debates in Rajya Sabha reflecting political positioning ahead of upcoming assembly polls in West Bengal, Tamil Nadu and Kerala. The Opposition MPs accused the Centre of discrimination against non NDA-ruled states, weak employment generation and data gaps, while treasury benches defended the budget's focus on infrastructure, health and growth.
