Ghitorni land parcel set for Rs.2,070-crore redevelopment
New Delhi, May 16 -- NBCC (India) Limited has initiated the process of appointing architectural and engineering consultants to develop a mixed-use project on 21.23 acres in south Delhi's Ghitorni, located near Qutub Minar, at an estimated project cost of Rs.2,070.29 crore, officials aware of the matter said.
Officials said that the project will comprise residential and commercial components, with a built-up area of over 550,000 square metres. The consultant will be tasked with preparing a detailed project report (DPR) and undertaking planning and design work for the proposed multi-storeyed development.
