Ghaziabad, Oct. 24 -- The Ghaziabad district administration has constituted a committee to address complaints by residents against residents' welfare associations (RWAs) and apartment owners' associations (AOAs), officials said on Thursday. The panel will probe allegations of harassment, intimidation, or misuse of power by office-bearers and take legal action where required. Formed by district magistrate (DM) Ravindra Kumar Mandar, the committee comprises the city magistrate, deputy registrar, area assistant commissioner of police, and the local station house officer.
