India, June 2 -- A 17-year-old student on Tuesday appeared before a Parliamentary Standing Committee to detail alleged irregularities in the CBSE's On-Screen Marking (OSM) system. It is the same panel that, in the wake of the 2024 NEET-UG leak, had warned that the NTA's performance "had not inspired confidence" - a warning that went unheeded before this year's medical entrance paper leaked too, and which education minister Dharmendra Pradhan rejected after the leak too.
