India, Aug. 27 -- The Indian Institute of Technology, Madras has postponed the registration process for GATE 2027 on August 27, 2026. The registration window which was scheduled to open on August 27 has been deferred. The new date will be available soon.

Candidates who want to appear for the Graduate Aptitude Test in Engineering 2027 should apply online through the official IIT GATE website at gate2027.iitm.ac.in.

The last date to apply for the examination as per the previous schedule is September 27, 2026, without a late fee. The closing date of extended online registration with late fee is October 5, 2026.
