India, Aug. 30 -- The Trump administration has advanced several significant H-1B changes in August, targeting the cost of hiring foreign workers, the time H-1B employees may have to find a new job after a layoff and employment rights for spouses. Most of the measures are still proposals, but some have moved closer to formal rulemaking.
