India, June 5 -- Authorities in Florida have confirmed that a father killed his two young daughters and their mother before taking his own life inside a gated Doral community, in what investigators described as a disturbing murder-suicide case.

According to the New York Post, Miami-Dade Sheriff's Office detectives identified 42-year-old Ryan Charles Whiten as the man responsible for the deaths of his estranged ex-partner, Melanie Hyer, and their daughters, Savannah, 11, and Sienna, 8.
