India, Aug. 14 -- Almost a month after a 45-year-old man was killed in an alleged road crash in Kanjhawala, the Delhi Police arrested a 45-year-old financier and four of his associates for killing him with an SUV and staging it as a road accident.

The main conspirator was arrested on Wednesday . Police said the accused had an old grudge against the victim, Deepak, who he accused of harassing his sister.

Police said the accused had attempted to kill the victim twice. On July 16, they first hit the victim with an SUV and then ran over him repeatedly.

The deceased, a resident of Majra Dabas village, was found dead near Chandpur Majra Road in northwest Delhi. Police said the associates were apprehended in July and have now been arrested. ...
