Hyderabad, Sept. 6 -- Four members of a family allegedly jumped off a bridge in a suspected case of murder-suicide into the Godavari River in Andhra Pradesh's West Godavari district early Saturday, with a woman rescued while her husband and two children remained missing, police said. The incident occurred at Chinchinada bridge near Yelamanchili mandal. "Local fishermen, who noticed the family members jumping into the river, rescued a 42-year-old woman, but her 45-year-old husband and their 16-year-old son and 12-year-old daughter got washed away in the swirling waters of the river," a police official said.
