Lucknow, Sept. 22 -- A Lucknow court on Monday sentenced former Uttar Pradesh Police constable Prashant Chaudhary to 10 years' imprisonment in connection with the 2018 killing of Apple sales executive Vivek Tiwari.
The court on September 17 held Chaudhary guilty of culpable homicide not amounting to murder, while acquitting co-accused, former constable Sandeep Kumar.
The court also imposed a fine of Rs.20,000 on Chaudhary.P10
