New Delhi, Sept. 4 -- Estonia's defence minister Hanno Pevkur resigned following a row over a botched EU-funded deal to buy artillery shells for Ukraine from a firm owned by an Indian entity, which denied allegations of wrongdoing. Estonian newspaper Eesti Ekspress reported Estonia in 2024 made a shells deal with Italy-registered firm Datasel SRL owned by Indian company Neco Defence Munitions, but faced delivery issues.P15
