Enough stocks of fertiliser, no need to panic: nadda
New Delhi, March 28 -- Union chemicals and fertilisers minister JP Nadda on Friday said India has adequate reserves to provide fertilisers to farmers and there is no need to panic.
Replying to a supplementary question in the Lok Sabha by Congress MP Manish Tewari, Nadda said he has spoken to state agriculture ministers on Thursday and informed them about availability of fertilisers.
Separately, in a written response to a question by SP member Anand Bhadauria in the lower House, Union minister of state for health and family welfare Anupriya Patel shared data on the fertiliser stocks in the country.
