India, Nov. 10 -- Celebrity chef Vikas Khanna recently paid tribute to his first employer in the United States on Instagram. 26 years after his first job as a cook in an apartment in New York, chef Khanna expressed his gratitude to Mrs Pushpa Sabharwal in a heartfelt post.

Vikas Khanna moved to the US in 2000 to pursue a career in the culinary field. Apart from his living expenses in a foreign country, Khanna had to financially support his studies at New York University. He was struggling to make ends meet. At that point, he met his first employer, Mrs Pushpa Sabharwal.
