India, April 22 -- Todd Milburn, the police chief of Edina, said that reports of a shooting were received by the emergency hotline around 12:30pm today. On reaching the scene, police found one injured outside an apartment complex.

Officers tried to provide aid to the victim, but the person died on scene, the police chief confirmed.

Additionally, Chief Milburn noted that the suspect or suspects are on the run and a manhunt is underway. It is unclear whether the suspect is a threat to the public.
