India, Sept. 10 -- New Delhi is gearing up for the 18th BRICS Leaders' Summit at Bharat Mandapam, being held under India's fourth term as chair and the theme "Building for Resilience, Innovation, Cooperation and Sustainability" from September 12 to September 13.
