Kolkata, March 28 -- The Election Commission of India (ECI) on Friday night published the second supplementary list of voters in West Bengal, whose names were under adjudication, officials aware of the developments said. Of the six million cases under adjudication by court-appointed judicial officers, around 3.6 million cases have been disposed of, officials said. "Only those names have been uploaded in the first and second lists which have been e-signed by the judicial officers," said an official. EC officials had said that around 35% - 40% names of the 3.6 million cases have been deleted. This is in addition to the 6.18 million names which were dropped in the final roll published on February 28. htc
