New Delhi, May 22 -- India and the African Union on Thursday postponed the fourth India-Africa Forum Summit (IAFS), scheduled to be held in New Delhi from May 28 to 31, following an Ebola outbreak in parts of Africa. As a result, the first International Big Cat Alliance (IBCA), which was scheduled to be held in New Delhi on June 1, will now be held at a later date to ensure the "broad and active participation" from all range countries, including African countries, the Union environment ministry said on Thursday.
