India, April 7 -- The Delhi High Court on Monday refused to consider a petition filed by the mother of 23-year-old biker Sahil Dhaneshra seeking transfer of the investigation into her son's death from the Delhi Police to the Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI), observing that the plea was not maintainable as there was no material on record warranting such a direction.
Dhaneshra died on February 3 near Sector 11 after the SUV, driven by a 17-year-old, rammed into his bike coming from the opposite side as it was trying to overtake a bus.
