New Delhi, Oct. 21 -- A 30-year-old woman and her friend suffered injuries after falling from a ride at Dussehra Ground in Vikaspuri on Monday night. Police filed an FIR under BNS sections 125(A) (act endangering personal safety) and 289 (negligent conduct wrt machinery). The ride was sealed. The incident took place at Dussehra ground, F block, Vikaspuri where local MLA Sunil Jindal had organised the fair. The injured persons, were inside a mixer ride when the gate of the ride opened and they fell to the ground. "There was no fault in the ride or the gate. They (injured) had mistakenly opened the gate and fell from the ride," Jindal said.htc
