India, Aug. 22 -- A Dubai-based HR manager has urged employees to think carefully before quitting their jobs without another offer in hand, describing the current employment market as extremely competitive. Drawing on her experience in recruitment, she said she regularly receives applications from seasoned professionals willing to consider entry-level positions.
