DTCP issues notice to 688 houses owners in five private colonies
India, Aug. 14 -- The enforcement wing of the department of town and country planning (DTCP) on Thursday said that action will be initiated against owners of 688 houses in five private colonies for violating building norms and operating illegal commercial units in residential areas.
According to DTCP officials, a survey was conducted in the last three days, during which the violations were found. Following this, notices were issued to the owners of these properties in Sushant Lok-1, Greenwood City, Ardee City, South City-1 and Vipul World.
Amit Madholia, district town planner, enforcement, said that if satisfactory responses are not received, the department will initiate a sealing and demolition drive.
