New Delhi, Sept. 12 -- The Supreme Court has stayed the reinstatement of IAS officer Rinku Dhugga, who was compulsorily retired from service following a controversy in which she and her husband were accused of clearing the running track at Delhi's Thyagraj Stadium to walk their dog. Her retirement was set aside by the Central Administrative Tribunal on May 7, 2025, a decision upheld by the Delhi HC on April 15, 2026.P3
