India, May 15 -- The Madhya Pradesh high court has declared the disputed Bhojshala site as a temple dedicated to goddess Saraswati.

The court also said that, to protect the religious rights of the Muslim community, the state government may consider any application seeking allotment of land in Dhar district for the construction of a mosque.
