India, Aug. 23 -- A surveillance video showing an alleged assault by an Amazon delivery driver at a California gas station has gained attention online after it was shared by attorney Tony Buzbee. The footage is tied to a civil lawsuit filed in Sacramento County on behalf of a 71-year-old agricultural and animal production facilities auditor, who claimed he suffered a concussion and neck injuries in the incident.

According to Buzbee, the incident occurred at an ARCO gas station in Elk Grove, California. Buzbee stated that the old man had stopped during his workday to use the restroom and buy a soft drink when an Amazon delivery driver became upset, believing the older man had taken his parking space.
