India, July 21 -- Bangladesh Air Force's F-7 BGI training aircraft crashed into a packed school campus on Monday, killing at least 19 people, including the pilot, and injuring over 160.

The crash, which is being described as the deadliest air disaster in Dhaka in recent years, involved the Chinese-made F-7 that went down just minutes after taking off at 1:06 pm local time.

The Chinese jet crashed into Dhaka's Milestone School and College campus in Dhaka's Uttara, while classes were in full swing.
