India, Oct. 31 -- Maharashtra expects political leaders to come together at cultural and literary events despite their ideological differences, chief minister Devendra Fadnavis said on Thursday, describing the book launch attended by him, Shiv Sena (UBT) chief Uddhav Thackeray and Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) chief Raj Thackeray as a reflection of the state's culture.

"People appreciated the programme, and I feel that more such events should be organised in future.
