New Delhi, July 14 -- The Delhi government on Monday announced that only one woman from each household will be eligible for its flagship Rs.2,500 monthly financial assistance scheme, with the eldest qualifying in families with more than one eligible applicant. It also said households where the applicant or any family member has a criminal record will be ineligible. The scheme has been renamed from "Mahila Samriddhi Yojana" to "Delhi Lakshmi Yojana". P5
