Chandigarh, June 6 -- Lieutenant governor of Delhi Taranjit Singh Sandhu was welcomed in the city on Friday with a reception by the Punjab, Haryana and Chandigarh chapter of PHD Chamber of Commerce and Industry (PHDCCI).
