India, Aug. 22 -- New Delhi: Lieutenant Governor Taranjit Singh Sandhu on Friday directed departments to complete and notify all pending reforms under the city's deregulation and compliance reduction exercise by the end of August, officials aware of the matter said.

Sandhu reviewed the progress of the exercise, which is being undertaken to improve ease of doing business and ease of living in the capital. The meeting was attended by the chief secretary, MCD commissioner, DDA vice-chairperson and senior officials from several departments.
