New Delhi, July 14 -- The Delhi High Court has suspended a district judge of Tis Hazari courts and initiated disciplinary proceedings against him, officials said.
It was not clear on what basis the action was taken.
The high court said it is initiating an immediate suspension under its powers of Rule 3 under the All India Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1999. The order stated that the judge shall not leave the city without obtaining prior permission. htc
