India, Feb. 27 -- A Delhi court on Friday, while discharging all 23 accused in the CBI's excise policy case, delivered sharp remarks about the probe agency itself, questioning its decision to label a group of alleged liquor businessmen from southern India as the "south group" in its chargesheet.
The accused included Delhi's ex-chief minister Arvind Kejriwal and former deputy CM Manish Sisodia, besides Telangana politician K Kavitha and 21 others.
