India, Oct. 23 -- Following the success of DDA Awaas Nivesh Yojana 2026, launched during Dussehra, the Delhi Development Authority is offering 1,648 additional low-income group (LIG) flats in Narela at an approximate price of Rs.14.95 lakh per flat, with a flat 25% discount.

Online bookings will open at noon on October 29, 2026, through DDA's Awaas Portal. The flats will be allotted on a first-come, first-served (FCFS) basis, DDA said in a statement on Oct 23, DDA said in a statement on Oct 23.
