India, Sept. 24 -- Four people were arrested on Thursday in connection with a video showing a young woman being physically assaulted and verbally abused in broad daylight in Bihar - an incident that surfaced just days after footage of a Class 10 girl being assaulted triggered nationwide outrage.

The earlier incident was reported in Jamui district and the second, in Samastipur.

In the Samastipur case, the action came after a video of a group of men on motorcycles surrounding the woman while manhandling her surfaced on Wednesday evening.
