new Delhi, Sept. 16 -- A 13-year-old boy and a 50-year-old man suffered injuries on Tuesday evening after a traffic light pole fell on an auto rickshaw and a two-wheeler in Connaught Place, police said.
Local police officials said the pole had collapsed due to rust.
"The minor was inside the auto rickshaw while the 50-year-old was on a scooter. We are probing the reason behind the fall. It looks like an old traffic pole," said a senior police officer.
Police said a case will be lodged once the injured are fit to record a statement. htc
