Mumbai, Nov. 2 -- Maharashtra chief minister and senior BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis on Sunday accused the Congress and Rahul Gandhi of conspiring with foreign powers, particularly China, to create political anarchy and impose a communist regime in India. Addressing the Mahayuti's "Loktantra Bachao, Arajakata Hatao" (Save Democracy, Remove Anarchy) rally in Thane, Fadnavis alleged that the Congress was using the Constitution as a shield while discrediting constitutional institutions to pave the way for "China-influenced rule".
